About Glen I. Henderson
Glen I. Henderson is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of H2 Staffing, where he helps healthcare organizations identify and recruit experienced leaders who can strengthen clinical operations, build effective teams, and improve organizational performance.
Glen brings a multidisciplinary background spanning executive leadership, business development, technology, healthcare recruiting, and organizational strategy. He holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise from Louisiana State University Shreveport. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Multidisciplinary Studies from Liberty University, with areas of study in business, computer science, and government.
A United States Army veteran, Glen served as a combat medic before working as a software analyst at the Pentagon. These experiences helped shape his leadership philosophy, which emphasizes integrity, preparation, accountability, service, and placing capable people in positions where they can make a meaningful difference.
At H2 Staffing, Glen works to understand the operational and cultural requirements of each healthcare organization. His approach goes beyond matching a résumé to a job description. He believes successful healthcare recruitment requires a clear understanding of an organization’s mission, leadership structure, workplace culture, and long-term goals.
