Glen Henderson is an accomplished entrepreneur, innovator, and leader with a diverse background in management, technology, and healthcare staffing. As the Founder and CEO of H2 Staffing, LLC, Glen combines his extensive experience with a forward-thinking vision to revolutionize the healthcare recruiting and staffing industry.

H2 Staffing, based in the DFW Metroplex, is a technology-driven medical staffing and recruiting firm specializing in placing highly skilled healthcare professionals, including RNs, Nurse Practitioners, Doctors, Surgeons, and Allied Health Professionals in critical roles across hospitals, clinics, and surgery centers. Under Glen’s leadership, H2 Staffing has developed proprietary systems like TOUCH (Technology Optimization for Unified Clinical Hiring) and integrated AI-powered technology to streamline hiring processes, enhance candidate matching, and improve healthcare outcomes.

Before founding H2 Staffing, Glen served as CEO of Mobile Specialty Vehicles, a trailblazing company that built telemedicine vehicles and partnered with the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston. His work in telemedicine leveraged cutting-edge VSAT technology to bring healthcare to underserved regions, laying the groundwork for the modern era of virtual medical care.

Glen holds a degree in Multi-Disciplinary Studies in Computer Science, Business, and Government from Liberty University and an MBA with a specialization in Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise from Louisiana State University Shreveport.

As a US Army Veteran, Glen began his military service as a combat medic with the 3rd Battalion, 124th Infantry Division, later retraining as a software analyst at the Fort Gordon Signal School later serving at the Information Systems Command Pentagon. With a Top Secret Clearance, he contributed to high-profile projects, including TAADS-R, the Army Authorization Document System Redesign. He completed specialized courses from the Army Training Support Center in Unconventional Warfare, Foreign Weapons and Equipment, and Tactical Intelligence. Glen is also a graduate of the Army Air Assault School, one of the most demanding courses in the Army, and was awarded a prestigious Green to Gold Scholarship.

Glen’s entrepreneurial spirit is rooted in years of leadership experience spanning the automotive, consumer goods, and staffing industries. His leadership approach emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence. Glen also brings strong IT expertise and a history of successful business development, positioning him as a leader capable of navigating the ever-evolving challenges of modern healthcare staffing.

H2 Staffing’s success is bolstered by Glen’s vision for leveraging immigration solutions like Schedule A designation, a streamlined process under the U.S. employment-based immigration system that allows certain foreign workers in specific occupations to bypass the labor certification process (PERM) typically required for most employment-based green card applications to address staffing shortages while ensuring compliance and ethical recruitment practices. His ability to assemble a highly experienced and diverse leadership team and Board of Directors has established the company as a trusted partner in the healthcare industry.
